• Fees for work already delivered are non-refundable, unless required by law or stated in your agreement.

6. Account & access

• Some services may require you to create an account or provide details to receive reports and updates.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Unauthorized sharing of access, reports, or deliverables is strictly prohibited.

7. Intellectual property

• All pre-existing tools, frameworks, branding, and content remain the intellectual property of Brandmattic.

• Ownership of final deliverables transfers only as described in Section 4.

• Unauthorized use may result in termination of services and legal action.

8. Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

• Resell or distribute our materials without permission.

• Use our services for unlawful, defamatory, or harmful purposes.

• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source files in ways not permitted by your agreement.

9. Availability & updates

• We aim to keep our services and website available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

10. Disclaimers
